This archive contains a variety of documents related to each position listed, including Toolkits, Annual Reports, or other documents you may deem important to save. Consult the Continuity & History task force if you have questions.
Toolkits: A collection of materials that can help you or your successor carry out those duties for your position, such as a "How to" guide, seasonal calendar of tasks, email template, or workflow document. These documents are cumulative, from year to year, such that the most recent (top) document will be the most current collection of all useful tools. When updating, please include all relevant tools from past Toolkits, even if you didn't personally use them. Do not carry forward outdated items.
Annual Reports: Includes a brief review of accomplishments or changes made during the year, statistics if relevant, whatever might be significant for your committee or role.
