Forum Reservations

Reservations, for members & spouses/partners only, are open year around. The fee is $30 per person for the luncheon Forum. Reservations are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservations, payment and cancellations are always due by 10 days prior. For example, in the case of a Tuesday luncheon Forum, the deadline would be two Fridays prior.

UMRA COVID policy requires all event participants be vaccinated. Masks are optional.

Same-day reservations will not be offered.  Venues have deadlines for receipt of numbers for the ordering food and beverages.

You will have the option to select and pay for one or more forums.

Make your reservation:

Members are strongly encouraged to reserve and pay online.  You will help the Host Team manage reservations accurately and meet venue deadlines for reservation numbers. Our goal is to avoid your disappointment if a reservation or check is lost in the mail, cyber space, etc.

Reservations (member & spouse/partner only) may be made online and paid by credit card, via Stripe. Log in and make your reservation.

Cancellations:

Refunds upon cancellation can be honored until 10 days prior to the Forum.  For example, in the case of a Tuesday luncheon, the deadline for cancellation with a refund would be two Fridays before that.

If you find you cannot attend a Forum for which you have a reservation, please be sure to cancel to make room for others.

Parking:

UMRA members get a discounted parking rate of $1 per hour. Use the QR code on the back of your UMRA membership card when paying at a pay station, or when exiting ramp.  Payment is by credit card only.

Paying Online:

*Note: When you select to pay by credit card you are taken to a Stripe payment page.

  1. Log into the membership database
  2. Go to "Make a Program Reservation" page
  3. Select the Forums you wish to purchase.
  4. Add any notes for each Forum.
  5. Select your payment type, credit card or check by pressing that button.
  6. Fill in your credit card information.
  7. Click the PAY button.
  8. You will be taken to a confirmation page showing your payment amount and luncheon date.
  9. You will also receive an email confirmation, immediately.
