Red Cross Front Desk Support

Weekly Shift at the Minneapolis Red Cross Building: The front desk “greeter” is the most important facilitator for clients. 

The Minneapolis Red Cross main office – 1201 West River Parkway – (near the Guthrie) serves many functions of this valuable service organization. The front desk is the entrance point and you can serve a vital function at this beautiful river location. 

The position requires a regular 3 – 4 hour weekly shift. The duties are mainly to greet and direct visitors to offices; answer phone calls; direct students to classes and blood donors to the donation center. When time permits the front desk official orders supplies, supports special projects, and creates a facility event calendar.
