The online Journal of Opinions, Ideas, and Essays (JOIE) is soliciting articles for its 2019 issue. JOIE publishes works on a wide range of topics by retired or active University of Minnesota faculty and staff. Accessible through a web search, JOIE’s articles have been downloaded by readers in more than 60 countries. The journal is sponsored by UMRA and managed by the University of Minnesota Libraries.
