This archive contains operational documents you may deem important to save, especially toolkits and annual reports. Email the Organizational Continuity Committee if you have questions.
Toolkits—The toolkits are "how to operate" guides designed to help you or your successor carry out the duties of your position. They might include a seasonal calendar of tasks, email or other templates, or workflow instructions. These toolkits should be updated annually by the group's leader. The most recent documents are found at the top of the lists below. When updating toolkit documentation, please include all relevant tools from past toolkits, even if you didn't personally use them. Do not carry forward outdated items.
Annual Reports—Each year, committee chairs, interest group leaders, liaisons to other organizations, and officers are asked to write an annual report, which is reviewed by the board. The report should include a brief review of accomplishments or changes made during the year, relevant statistics, recommendations for the future, and anything else significant about your committee or role. This information provides key input for ongoing board planning and decision making.
